Financial Coordinator / Office Administrator
Julie joined the Resmer team in August of 2014 as our scheduling coordinator. Julie is a graduate of Ball State University and before joining the Resmer Orthodontics staff, she worked in the financial industry for 15 years. As the office administrator, Julie takes care of general office practices, staff coordination and schedules. Julie also helps patients and parents with all of their financial needs. What Julie loves most about orthodontics is getting to see the transformation of our patient’s smiles and helping families with a payment option that works best for them.
Julie is originally from Anderson, Indiana and now resides in Lapel with her husband, Bill, and their children Karlie and Gavin. In her spare time Julie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, volunteering at her church, shopping, beach vacations and spoiling their dog, Tucker.
Front Desk Receptionist
Tiffany graduated from Pendleton Heights High School in 2005 and has been with the Resmer team since November of 2016. You’ll see Tiffany’s smiling face at our front desk scheduling patients, answering phone calls, making sure all of our patients have their paperwork filled out and answering any questions our patients might have.
Tiffany resides in Pendleton with her husband Jon and their 5 kids: Jonathan, Emersyn, Karson, Ethan and Aubree. In her free time Tiffany enjoys shopping, swimming with her family and getting all the snuggles in with her kids while she can!
Front Desk Receptionist
Amanda came to Resmer Orthodontics in August of 2017 after finishing her dental education at Dental Office Training by Lynn. She grew a passion for orthodontics after having braces herself and remembering how much more she loved her smile after treatment and still does to this day! You’ll find Amanda at our front desk greeting patients with a smiling face, answering phone calls and scheduling patients.
Amanda is a graduate of Hamilton Southeastern and resides in Fortville with her husband, Nick. In her free time, she loves traveling to tropical places, being outdoors, spending time with her puppy, Luna, and hanging out with family.
Front Desk Receptionist
Sara finished her dental assisting program in 2015 and has worked in orthodontics ever since. Prior to joining the Resmer team in October of 2017, she worked chair side, in the lab and scheduled patients. You can now find Sara at our front desk answering phone calls, scheduling patients, going over contracts and helping new patients find payment options that work best for them. To her, the best part of orthodontics is seeing how big of a difference something as simple as a small wire bend can make in aligning a person’s smile. She loves encouraging adults that it’s never too late to get the smile they’ve always wanted.
Outside of the office, Sara loves to beat her husband in Monopoly, scuba dive in local quarries and finish DIY projects. She is currently studying wildlife biology at Ball State University.
Melanie is one of our treatment coordinators and has been in the dental field for over 12 years. She has worked with Dr. Resmer since the Noblesville office opened in 2006. Melanie had braces as an adult with Resmer Orthodontics which sparked her love of orthodontics. She quickly joined the team and can empathize well with our patients as they undergo treatment. She has extensive knowledge of all aspects of orthodontic care including insurance, financial arrangements, treatment coordinating, and scheduling.
Melanie lives in Lapel with her husband, Aaron, and their kids. When she is not in the office she enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending time with friends.
Brittney is one of our treatment coordinators and has been in the dental field since 2006. She was a clinical assistant for over 10 years before becoming treatment coordinator. Brittney grew to love orthodontics as a young child when she had braces herself. She loves being a part of a team that creates beautiful smiles that help build patient’s confidence. Brittney takes care of all aspects of orthodontic care including treatment coordinating, financial arrangements, insurance, scheduling and occasionally you might even see her chair side!
Brittney is from Frankton and lives in the Lapel area with her husband, Matt and their son, Mylo, and their daughter, Brynkley. When she’s not in the office, Brittney loves spending time with her family and traveling!
Orthodontic Assistant/Lab Coordinator
Liz is one of our clinical assistants and has been with Resmer Orthodontics since 2009. She graduated from Wayne High School in Fort Wayne and completed Ivy Tech’s dental assisting program in 2008. Liz graduated from Ball State University with her Bachelor’s degree in May 2011. She has wanted to work in orthodontics since she went through braces herself. She loves seeing our patients’ new smiles and the impact orthodontics has made on them. You can find Liz keeping our supplies stocked by doing all the office ordering, pouring up impressions, making retainers and occasionally you might even see her working chairside!
Liz is originally from Fort Wayne and now resides in Noblesville with her dog, Lucy. Liz loves spending time with her friends and family, and traveling!
Orthodontic Assistant/Lab Coordinator
Jamie joined Resmer Orthodontics in May of 2012 after completing her Certificate of Dental Assisting from the IU School of Dentistry. She can be found all around the office, taking X-rays and impressions, banding and bonding braces, pouring up impressions, making retainers and generally making sure our patients are happy. Jamie loves seeing the transformations the patients go through and interacting daily with teenagers and young adults to help them become more confident and comfortable being themselves.
Jamie lives in Cicero with her husband and 2 Golden Retrievers. Working in the yard and completing projects at home keep her busy in her free time. She enjoys baking and always makes the best birthday cakes for the staff!
Lisa joined the Resmer Orthodontics team in August 2015. She’s been in the dental field for over 20 years after graduating from the IU School of Dentistry, but orthodontics has been her favorite! What she loves most about orthodontics is forming relationships with the patients and watching the transformation. You can find Lisa working chair side putting braces on, taking braces off and everything in between.
Lisa lives in Pendleton with her bulldog Charleigh and youngest daughter, Betsy. She also has two older daughters, Alix and Holly, who she enjoys spending her days off with out on the boat and working in the yard!
Sydney started at Resmer Orthodontics just shortly after finishing the Dental Office Training by Lynn program in August of 2015. She is one of our clinical assistants and finds her job very rewarding and interesting. Sydney currently has a full set of braces so she is able to put herself in the patients’ shoes and knows how to comfort them. In her free time she enjoys being outside as much as possible, spending time with friends and family, spoiling her three nieces and staying active by walking, jogging and biking. On her days off, you can most likely find Sydney at her favorite coffee spot in her hometown of Elwood.
Hannah has been with Resmer Orthodontics since August of 2017 and has been in the dental field since 2012. You can find Hannah around the operatory taking impressions, putting braces on and taking braces off and promoting overall good oral hygiene. Hannah enjoys getting to know new faces and helping all of our patients maintain beautiful smiles!
Hannah is originally from Pendleton, but now resides in Fishers with her husband Matt, son Brantley and their dog Hank. In her spare time Hannah enjoys crafting, spending time with family and traveling.
Shelly joined Resmer Orthodontics in March of 2018. She has been in the dental field for over 25 years, with the majority of that time being spent in orthodontics. Shelly loves forming relationships with the patients and their families and loves to watch the patients grow during treatment. You can find Shelly around the office teaching patients about suresmile technology, taking impressions, putting braces on and so much more!
Originally from Warsaw, Shelly now resides in Noblesville with her husband, Pete, who she has raised two sons with: Landon and Wyatt. Now that her sons are grown and have moved out, in their spare time, Shelly and her husband enjoy traveling, spending weekends at the lake and making trips to visit their two boys.
Jordan started with Remer Orthodontics in March of 2018. She graduated from Frankton High School in 2012 and finished her Associates of Applied Sciences in Expanded Functions in dental assisting. You can find Jordan around the operatory working chair side on patients, taking impressions, scanning for appliances and bonding braces. Her favorite thing about working in orthodontics is seeing how happy the patient is with the end result.
In her spare time, Jordan loves spending time with friends and family and is always looking for the next place to travel!
Brittani joined the Resmer Orthodontics team in June of 2018 immediately after finishing her dental training. Her interest in braces was set in motion when she went through treatment as a teen. She was fascinated by the transformation and how much she loved her smile afterwards. Brittani is most likely seen around the operatory working with patients, taking impressions, stressing the importance of oral hygiene and taking an interest in her patients and creating relationships with them.
She’s always called Pendleton home and still lives there today with her husband, Rich, and their 3 daughters: Brynnan, Delaney and Tinsley. She spends her weekends watching her girls play softball and hanging out with family.
Kristin came to Resmer Orthodontics in June of 2018 after completing her Certificate of Dental Assisting through Dental Office Training by Lynn. Her love of orthodontics sparked during her training and she’s always been interested in the transformations that happen. You’ll see Kristin around the office taking photos, impressions, putting braces on, scanning for appliances and putting smiles on every patient’s face that she works with!
In Kristin’s spare time she enjoys hanging out with family and friends, hiking, generally being outdoors and rooting for her Cubbies! Kristin is from Parker City where she currently lives and enjoys working on her home.
